Prior to commencing my consultancy work, Bob’s previous corporate role was as Senior Manager Policy & Planning for the State Bank of New South Wales where Bob Selden was responsible for setting the HR policy for the bank. This hands-on managerial experience together with  extensive consultancy work in Australia, Asia, Africa and Europe enables me to provide advice and assistance to organisations that is always practical and applicable.

Bob Selden coaches on the Mobilizing People, leadership development program at IMD University Lausanne, Switzerland.  I am also an adjunct member of faculty for leadership and management development programs at the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia.
